go to another activity without include old activity's layout
I am trying to move/open from one activity to another but unfortunately the old layout from previous always come over and stacked up to new layout from current activity (please see images).
layout from previous activity:
and after I click barcode icon this is what happen (the two blue boxes SHOULD NOT BE there):
This is how I open new activity:
val inventoryIntent = Intent(this, InventoryActivity::class.java)
inventoryIntent.putExtra("go_to_fragment", "add_stock")
startActivity(inventoryIntent)
this.finish()
How I open new activity without include those blue boxes or anything from previous activity?
