How can I retrieve CPU & memory resources for all Nomad tasks on a server in a single API call?

If I hit the API endpoint localhost:4646/v1/allocations, I get data for every allocation on a particular Nomad server.

But I have to make another network call to localhost:4646/v1/allocations/<allocation-id> in order to see the CPU and memory resources for that allocation's task groups/tasks.

Is there a way to get the task list and/or resource information for each allocation in a single API call?
