Scheduled Task When DNS Changes

A computer over a VPN tunnel is having issues that when the tunnel hiccups, the DNS of the computer changes and I have to flush the DNS when it does to reconnect over the VPN. I'm in the process of ordering different equipment, but want to create a band-aid fix in the mean time.
What I want is to create a scheduled task that when the DNS is not a specific address (or changes, but don't want to loop the task) it flushes the DNS. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
