Did Xcode 10 Interface Builder's left panel lose functionality?
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
In Xcode 10 it seems you can no longer drag the objects around in the left side panel to rearrange their z-order and parent objects.
Am I just missing something?
Or are we forced to use the Editor -> Arrange menu now? And what would be the proper way to now change an objects parent?
edit: talking about the Document Outline, just to be clear

It must've just been a bug after updating. It's working as expected now.
