Unternehmensgeschichte |


Das Unternehmen wurde im Oktober 1899 in Argenteuil zur Produktion von Fahrrädern gegründet. Außerdem entstanden Motorräder und Automobile. Der Markenname lautete La Guerrière. 1900 endete die Produktion.

Bei den Automobilen handelte es sich um Kleinwagen.
