Getting error “argument of type nonetype is not iterable” while parsing dblp dataset

i am trying to convert dblp xml dataset to csv using Thomhurks dblp to csv library but i am getting the error . what could this error possibly be??

On a high level, I understand there is no value getting inside the 'data' variable. Print and check if you have something in 'data' variable. If you fix, this would be solved.
