how to solve undefined control sequence abx@aux@segm{0}{0} in latex bibliography
I am using elsevier latex template; however, once I used the following command to exclude the doi,URL, and issn
from the bibliography,
usepackage[
natbib = true,
backend=bibtex,
isbn=false,
url=false,
doi=false,
eprint=false,
style=numeric,
sorting=nyt,
sortcites = true
]{biblatex}
Now, after removing those commands, I am facing a bigger issue which is not showing my references at the end of document, and for references I have an error,
When I pressed F8
for bibliography, I get a warning for all references:
For example,
Warning--I didn't find a database entry for "liu2018"
and once I am pressing F5
for building the file,
undefined control sequence abx@aux@segm{0}{0}{wong} in latex bibliography
for each reference, I am getting the following error in .aux
file.
citation{runhaar2018}
abx@aux@cite{runhaar2018}
abx@aux@segm{0}{0}{runhaar2018}
Please assist me to solve my issue. Thanks

The best way to assist you is if you can supply us with a complete minimal example that replicates your result. See I've just been asked to write a minimal example, what is that? This MWE should start withdocumentclass
and end withend{document}
and allow the community to copy-and-paste-and-compile and see exactly what you're seeing.

The best way to assist you is if you can supply us with a complete minimal example that replicates your result. See I've just been asked to write a minimal example, what is that? This MWE should start withdocumentclass
and end withend{document}
and allow the community to copy-and-paste-and-compile and see exactly what you're seeing.
