XML - showing validation error on website

How could I make that validation errors would be shown on the website?

Is there any possible way to print error in Year column while value is outside of restrictions? Because now it just prints value without looking if it's fine for limitations

What is "it"? The "it" that prints the value? You need to tell is something about how you are processing and displaying the XML, so that we can advise how best to insert a validation step into your processing pipeline.
