Make a selected tab not centered in MFC CTabCtrl

.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}

I created a tab control bar CTabCtrl

    DWORD dwStyle = WS_VISIBLE|WS_CHILD|TCS_BOTTOM|
WS_CLIPSIBLINGS|WS_CLIPCHILDREN;

if (!m_pTabCtrl->Create(dwStyle, CRect(0,0,0,0), this, IDC_TABCTRLBAR))
{
TRACE0("Unable to create tab control barn");
return -1;
}

This control has few tabs, and is too narrow to show all the tabs, means that to see some of the tabs you need to scroll right/left.
When a certain tab is clicked, it becomes "centered". How can I make it fixed to its original location and not been centered?

As requested I added an image. To make it easier I change the actual text of the tabs to "A" "B" "C" and "D".The initial state is the left one. When you click on "C" it becomes in the center. I would like "C" to be on the right side even after clicking on it.
