Salesforce Community Users CSS Not Rendering

I created a custom printable view on a custom Salesforce object (rendered as a PDF). Within my Visualforce page I used an internal style sheet and inline style tags, each user type except the Community users will apply the styling.

I've messed around with the permission settings but haven't had any luck so far.

Here's the beginning and head of my Visualforce page:

<apex:page standardController="WOrder__c" extensions="wOrderPV" renderAs="PDF" applyBodyTag="false">
<head>
<style>
@page{
size: letter landscape;
margin-top:0.5cm;
margin-bottom:1.5cm;
@bottom-right {
content: "Page " counter(page) " of " counter(pages);
font-weight: lighter;
font-size:10pt;
}
}

body{text-align:center;font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS';}
h3 {text-align:left;}
.fieldnames{text-align:right;}
.fieldvalues{text-align:left;}

</style>
</head>
