Type error: url is undefined , how do i locate the problem

-1

I've recently started website development using WordPress, on the following site quickvaluation.com, I came across a type error: URL is undefined. This stops my MailChimp signup form from working, I've read it's a null value and I need to define it but how do I find the code? I use GoDaddy and I have access to the panel but I don't know how to fix this issue, thank you for the help!
