Finding the number of negative elements in columns of certain zone and sorting that columns
The problem is that function "sort" doesn`t work propably. It should find the number of negative elements in columns of certain zone(look down)
then it shold sort columns with the number of that negativee elements.
Could you please help me and show my mistakes?

C tip for the day: you can do cast input pointer into 2d array withint (*array2d)[power] = (void*)array;
in your functions and then simply access with likearray2d[i][j]
.
