Simulate Python mouse/keyboard actions with ctypes on windows

I try to perform keyboard actions in games with Python 3. To perform I/O actions in current games I need ScanCodes. My problem is that I don't know how to perform a correct left/right mouseclick. I found a great solution in this stackoverflow question. Hodka provided a good answer but the solution doesn't work for me. I still can't perform mouse clicks and arrow button interactions (not the arrow buttons on the numpad). You can find the DirectX hexcodes here
