Jenkins UI stopped working after a reboot

I ran into this problem suddenly, and the help provided on jenkins is not solving my issue. I didnt do plugin update, i just did a reboot, after deleting the ssh key, and the jenkins UI stopped working, it shows no error, except for the




This site can’t be reached




I tried reading the following some of the suggestions online to check the deadlock. but, i'm getting error, inspite of using sudo
