Installing an application inside a VM - TRIAL

I have a problem: I have a client who wants me to create a VM with an application inside it, for a 2 weeks trial (15 days).
Is there a way to create a VM, using Hyper-V (if possible), preventing my client from using the application more than 15 days?
Note: The application where I will install the VM has no internet connection.

I believe this question is not programming related. You would receive a better response if you asked in the Super User stack exchange.
