Spinnaker : How to disable service account

Issue Summary:



Automatic trigger is not happening after upgrading orca to version 6.106.1 .



Cloud Provider(s):
AWS



Environment:
Running all services behind load balancer



Feature Area:
orca and deck



Description:
Service account issue occurred after upgrading Orca
we want to disable service account



Steps to Reproduce:



1.Goto pipeline
2.configure
3.Automated Triggers
4.Run As User
Created service accounts ->save
Error is occurinng as permission denied.



Additional Details:
We have tried fixes from our side..
