Measure accuracy of Object Detection

I am using YOLO model to detect objects in videos, but due to insufficient input date, my training result is not accurate. Sometimes the bounding box does not enclose object but rather lags behind it. Is there any way how I can measure how many times the bounding box was surrounding the object and how many times it does not? I am using Python 3.6 and Google Tensorflow
