react native app state not work in initializing app

in my application i use I18nManager.forceRTL(true); in contractor ,
but when application start and initial first time all items is ltr and after close app and restart it rtl works.
how to set rtl in initial app and show all items in rtl in every time.
could you please some way to fix this for both ios and android platform in react native app.i try by I18nManager bot not working in initial.
