Using Excel to find the P-value of a t-statistic.

I am currently studying probability and statistics, and since my future goal involves some data analysis I am trying to learn basic use of excel.

In the moment I am learning t-distributions and hypothesis testing, and my goal is to learn how to use excel to find the exact value of the p-value when the statistic t is a certain value.

For example, using the table on my text book I can deduce

$$-3.005 = t_.005(12) < -2.8062 = t_p(12) < -2.681 = t_.010(12)$$

thus

$$.005 < p < .010$$

but it would be best if I could calculate it on excel to confirm my answer.

May I have some help please?
