Webpack How to pass parameters to each entry for trans-piling

0

I have to build multi page react application. I would like to use one main app file for all entry with the component module getting replaced during trans-piling

./app.js

import React from 'react';
import ReactDOM from 'react-dom';
import App from './components/App';
import registerServiceWorker from './registerServiceWorker';
import Component from **<dynamically_inserted_module_during_transpiling>**

const element = document.getElementById('root');

const render = (Component) => {
ReactDOM.render(<App><Component/></App>,element);
}

render(Component)

if (module.hot) {
module.hot.accept(<dynamically_inserted_module_during_transpiling>, () => {
const NextRootContainer = require(<dynamically_inserted_module_during_transpiling>).default;
render(NextRootContainer);
});
}

registerServiceWorker();

How can I pass parameter to each entry in webpack, and also make HMR to work?. Without this approach I need to create an app file for each page.

Below are my example entry point. I want use the default components in my entry point to be used in my single app.js and build it.

var entryPoints = [
{
"index":['./src/index.js']
},
{
"user_create":['./src/components/user/UserCreate.js']
}
]

  • env variables? That is the only way to give your code some external information. Otherwise there is no other way during build time.
