When you open the editor, what do you get when you type:set filetype<enter>
? Are you using any syntax files for go? Maybe also include relevant parts of your config file (init.vim)

When you open the editor, what do you get when you type:set filetype<enter>
? Are you using any syntax files for go? Maybe also include relevant parts of your config file (init.vim)
