Prevent body scrolling when the user scrolls on fixed position div iOS jquery

0

I have a scenario when an element is placed as position: fixed. it's a youtube video and when i try to scroll inside it, the body content in the background scrolls but not it. This is frustration as i have tried many attempts to fix this. This problem happens on the touch devices, specially on iPhone.

var video = document.getElementById('videoIframe');
video.addEventListener('touchmove', function(e) {
e.preventDefault();
}, false);

I tried using this set of code to fix it, but still no luck.

<div class="live-video-holder">
<div class="live-video">
<iframe id="videoIframe" width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/668nUCeBHyY?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0&amp;playsinline=1" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>
</div>
</div>

this is html and the css looks like below

.live-video-holder {
position: fixed;
top: 0;
left: 0;
bottom: 20px;
right: 0;
overflow-y: auto;
z-index: 9999;
}

Thank you.
