I have a problem with HTTP call using custom certificate for http client. Example:

I could not recreate a cert that i use, i only have a publick key. My main question is why net472 work as well but netcoreapp2.1 throws exception. Anyway thx for link.

Some details: this error occurred only on netcoreapp2.1. This code works fine on net472 platform.
